I'm having so much fun creating these 'at home workouts' for you! I no longer go to dance clubs so I'm having fun dancing at home with the music that makes me want to move and hopefully you, too! Each week I'll increase the distance by a half mile. I figured doubling the distance would be too much for some people so hopefully the half mile increments will work for those of you who are trying to go a bit further each week. Take your time increasing the distance and do whatever works best for YOU! This 1.5 mile walk/1.5 mile dance is a total step count of 3516 steps. You're all invited to this party!
