I'm so excited to show you this Keto-friendly (low carb) gluten-free Tortilla recipe, that is made of bamboo fiber and super soft. The whole family loves it! This is a game changer if you are on a low carb or gluten free diet. How to make bamboo baking flour: • Bamboo Baking Flour -How To Make It? Keto,... Full Recipe 2 large eggs 20g apple cider vinegar 210g water 15g oil 100g bamboo baking flour (80g Bamboo Fiber and 20g powdered whole Psyllium Husk). ½ tsp fine salt 1/2-1tsp garlic powder (optional) ½ tsp baking powder Steps: Crack 2 large eggs into a bowl. Add 20 g of Apple cider vinegar. Pour 210g of water into the bowl. Add 15g of oil. I'm using avocado oil. Mix them to combine. Measure 100g of Bamboo baking flour (80g of Bamboo Fiber and 20g of powdered whole Psyllium Husk). If you are not sure how to make this flour, watch my video about it. Please use scale to avoid all the problems associated with its density. Add ½ tsp of fine salt and around 1/2 or 1tsp of garlic powder (optional). Add ½ tsp of baking powder and mix dry ingredients until well combined. Stir well all ingredients from the bottom up, until all dry ingredients are incorporated and the dough begins to come together and form a shaggy ball. Allow your dough to rest for a few minutes. Roll lightly with your hands until the dough is nice and smooth, use a silicone sheet as the dough is actually a little sticky. Divide dough into 4 portions. Spray the silicone mat with oil before placing the dough on it. Or sprinkle with flour if you prefer harder tortillas. This will help when it is time to remove your thin tortilla. Form each piece into a ball and flatten with the palm of your hand. Roll each dough piece into a rough circle, about 10 inches in diameter. Use lid to get the perfect circular tortilla dough. This lid has a 9" diameter. You get 5 pieces of 9 inches tortillas. Don’t stack uncooked tortillas on top of each other or they will stick together. Preheat a pan over medium-heat. Cook the tortilla for about one minute on each side.
