🔥 CARDIO STEP HIIT WORKOUT 🔥 Get ready to step it up with this fun, energetic, calorie-burning HIIT workout! This cardio step session includes 11 powerful intervals designed to elevate your heart rate, boost endurance, and leave you feeling energized and sweaty! 💦 This workout alternates between lower intensity and higher intensity intervals, allowing you to push yourself while still modifying every move to your preferred fitness level. ✨ Workout Details: • Short Warm-Up • 11 No-Repeat Intervals (except to complete opposite side) • 40 Seconds Work • 10 Seconds Rest • Final Interval = Highest Intensity Blast! 🔥 • Stretch Cool Down Finish If you’re planning on using a step, I highly recommend using a low-level step or simply the platform itself for safety purposes. As the workout progresses, we gradually build intensity so by the final interval, you’ll be ready to finish strong with an explosive cardio push!
