Our Sheep Got Their Summer Makeover… And You Won't Believe the Difference!

Welcome back to The 10 Acre Woods! This week was packed with excitement around the farm! Our rescue sheep got their annual shearing, and the transformations were incredible. Sheep shearing isn't just about appearances—it's an important health check, allowing us to monitor body condition and prepare for the warmer months. We also welcomed new rescue animals, introduced Bee and Stitch, checked in with Shorty, Tucker, Nester, Onyx, and the rest of the family, and spent some time with our playful baby goats. But that's not all! Tara tested out a new mini chainsaw, tackled more stump grinding around the farm, and we unboxed our very first Harvest Right freeze dryer. We can't wait to see what foods we'll preserve for the future.
