Hey guys! Today I wanted to share a full, practical training routine that anyone can follow to start building more muscle and athleticism. But I know not everyone is in a position where they can buy programs online and I wanted to help you guys out. I also just wanted to make it as simple and straight forward as possible for as many people as possible to start getting into shape. Of course, this won’t be ideal for everyone. But if you have the basic equipment and you’re at the right level this should be an extremely practical plan that anyone can implement and start seeing results. And just to make things even easier, it’s also here: Shoulder Press x 2 Lateral Raises x 2 (Optional) Dips x 2 Assisted Front Lever Rows x 2 Goblet Curls x 2 Bulgarian Split Squats x 2 Hindu Squats x 2 Calf Raises x 2 (Optional) Kettlebell Swings x 2 Take each exercise to the point where you feel significant stimulus in the target area (not quite failure).
