Is this a gamechanger? The chum attatchment for surf fishing rigs seem like a great idea for attracting fish, but today we will put it to the test! Will today turn out to be one of the BEST fishing days ever? I decided to test out a Bait Cage to see if it would actually help us catch more fish.
