With just 10 weeks until race day, Coaches Luis and Paxton begin their marathon training block with one goal: arrive in Sydney in the best shape possible and see if they can improve their 2:15 marathon personal bests. 🏃‍♂️ While the My Olympic Coach team takes on a fast speed workout, Coaches Luis and Paxton tackle a demanding 17-mile marathon workout featuring a 5-mile tempo followed by 10 miles alternating marathon pace and steady running. Training through the intense Florida heat and humidity adds another challenge as they prepare for one of the toughest marathon courses in the world.
