Place in the refrigerator while preparing the batter. ———————————— 🧾 Ingredients (for Batter ) In a large bowl, combine: 60g melted butter 250g sugar 120g vegetable oil Add 3 middle eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add: 10ml vanilla extract 350g sour cream 140g peanut butter Mix until smooth Add the Dry Ingredients: 430g all-purpose flour 16g baking powder 5g baking soda 5g salt Mix just until combined. ⚠️ Do not overmix.
