In this video, we're showing you the grand opening of our new café, Raymi, a space created to pay homage to the flavors that represent us as a country. Here you'll find not only Ecuadorian specialty coffee, but also those dishes we grew up seeing in our homes, markets, and every corner of Ecuador. From a delicious tigrillo and Jipijapa-style ceviche to Salcedo ice cream, traditional desserts, unique drinks, and many recipes that tell the story of our people. 🇪🇨✨ Raymi was born with a mission: to demonstrate that Ecuadorian products are on par with any in the world and that our gastronomy deserves to be valued, shared, and celebrated.
