Install Docker in an LXD virtual machine using cloud-init

Docker is good for small containers, but you can also use LXD to run containers or even virtual machines. You can combine the two and run Docker in an LXD virtual machine. If you need multiple Docker hosts or you want to recreate the host multiple times you can also use cloud-init to make it easier and install Docker automatically when the virtual machine starts.
