Running Docker inside of a LXD container

Docker can be used inside of LXD containers, allowing for some specific applications and services to be installed through Docker just as one would on a physical server or virtual machine. This can be useful to have LXD provide full system containers or virtual machines for a variety of users or projects, some using Docker and some not.
