AVOID Shoulder Retraction at the Beginning of Pullups!

Many fitness videos out there promote the depression and retraction of the shoulder blades/scapulas at the beginning of pullups. This is WRONG! Retraction at the initial phase of pullups can lead to a similar mechanism of shoulder impingement.
