hi darlings, I'm finally getting a video out!! I know it's been a little while but I had a little (🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼) downward spiral and started questioning every little part of my life in a negative way and these negative feelings piled on top of all of the heaviness in the world right now really had me feeling sad af for a hot minute 🥹 I've taken some time to reflect and lift myself back up and I'm feeling better but I am also so aware of the fact that these downward spirals happen to me so often and it's really so discouraging lol. I am still trying to navigate these feelings and trying not to be so hard on myself 🥲 I've been spending my days reading in the sun and visiting my fave places and trying to reconnect with myself as much as I can.
