Kimi Werner goes on another friendship adventure to the Big Island. She explores Mauka to Makai (mountain to ocean) and leaves her comfort zone of the underwater world to try new things like bow hunting and surfing. She visits Haloa Aina (link below), a native forest restoration project that plants native trees and manages the over-population of invasive species such as feral sheep and pigs through simply using subsistence hunting. She is guided by her friend Justin Lee on a bow hunting expedition, in hopes to cook a feast for a special birthday celebration. Buddy also gets to see his first waterfall ever!
