If you want to find your freedom, you need to learn to listen to your body's sensations, the feelings you have in your relationships and the way you treat yourself in your thoughts, as well as beginning the work of setting a clear direction of travel for the journey of life. Doing the work on all four dimensions of life will help you become much clearer, stronger and more joyful in how you regard your life and therefore also yourself.
