Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries = 250 grams 4 tablespoons sweetener = 12 grams 2 tablespoons water 4 pots unsweetened and unflavored plain yogurt 120g x 4 = 480g Preparation: Start with the strawberry syrup. Place the water, sweetener, and chopped strawberries in a saucepan over medium-low heat and let the strawberries cook until almost dissolved, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate while you prepare the yogurt. Blend the yogurt thoroughly with a whisk and freeze for 30 minutes. Now, lightly mix the already whipped, chilled yogurt with the also chilled strawberry syrup. Place them in the cups or molds and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Now, place a popsicle stick on each ice cream, cover it with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours; if you can, even longer, even better. To remove the ice cream from the mold, pour in a little warm water to help loosen it.
