The omnimover is, without a doubt, the most important ride type to the evolution of both the Disney Parks as well as Walt Disney Imagineering. With its origins tracing over three decades before its first ever implementation, the omnimover has left a legacy that might just be more important than any other dark ride system in the history of themed entertainment.
