AD5X extruder jam or clogged
If you can't seem to get the filament thru the extruder, your extruder is probably jammed or clogged. If you are lucky all you have to do is clear the bottom part by removing 2 screws at the bottom section of the extruder. Otherwise, if it is a more serious jam, you may need to remove and dissembled the whole thing. As always do at your own risk.
