Given the presence of these two key ingredients, they're very reminiscent of apple pie, but obviously in a more rustic version. I'm sure you already have the rest of the ingredients in your pantry: flour, brown sugar (but you can also use regular sugar), butter, and eggs...that's it! Your kitchen will be filled with a delicious aroma, and I'm sure you'll love these apple and cinnamon cookies! They're incredibly easy to make; just mix them together and you're done!
