El Pit-Cnt aprobó el plan para gravar al 1% de los uruguayos más ricos y destinar ese dinero para abatir la pobreza infantil y combatir la desigualdad. Esa decisión se tomó en medio de la negociación del presupuesto, de los Consejos de Salarios y de un aumento de conflictividad.
