👨‍🍳 I remember my vacation trips to one of Venezuela's most beautiful cities, Mérida. Every year with my family, mostly during the Christmas season, I'd pack my bags, start my car, and head off to enjoy Mérida's stunning landscapes and cuisine. It was hard to reach Páramo Mucubaji without stopping to eat some delicious Andean pastries accompanied by a rich local coffee, hot chocolate, or the traditional Calentaito. Today I want to recreate those beautiful moments, steeped in tradition and flavor, typical of the Venezuelan Andes.
