The Future of Digital Customer Experiences

Digital behavior changed dramatically in the past year and a half. Because of that digital convenience and more ‘traditional’ digital experiences have become a commodity. Question is: what comes next? How can companies use digital to create a new type of customer relationship. In this video I describe the future characteristics of digital customer experience, which will be more creative, will be a live experiences, a shared experience and we will see the rise of branded economies.
