The Villages Lanai Secrets: Size Really Does Matter

Rarely does a home in The Villages surprise me, but this homes huge ENCLOSED lanai, bigger than some patio villas, takes the cake. The Villages is known for their screened in lanai's and when you find one that adds 1000 sqft to the living space, you tend to notice. Throw in a nice water view and a good location and it gets even better. The problem is, when an owner in The Villages puts in a lanai like this, its hit and miss with buyers. Some would rather see a pool with a large bird cage, right? Plus, I looked at this nice Veranda with a fenced yard and it had a great layout.
