The Villages real estate market is seeing a noticeable decline in pricing over the last 12 months. So much so, Newsweek finally posted the top 5 cities in Florida with price declines. The Villages market is more firm than most, but even Ocala has seen an increase in median property values of around 1.8%, if we are to believe this article. I have been saying for 3 years now, The Villages market will be a slow decline back to reality and the rest of Florida real estate will follow.
