Please check it out after watching the video. ◆Upgrade? Since it was my first stay, I wasn't even thinking about it on the day of filming, but I feel like I was upgraded. The exploration team's reservation was for the lowest class, Standard, but the difference between Standard and Deluxe rooms isn't very clearly stated on the official reservation page. From what I could see, the size was almost the same, and Standard rooms are on floors 1-6, while Deluxe rooms are on floors 2-6. Conversely, I was surprised that even the lowest class Standard rooms are on the 6th floor. Regarding the view, I think the rooms on the North Wing entrance side (planted view) are the lowest grade, and psychologically, a first-floor room there feels like the lowest grade as well. Apparently, if you book a standard room through the official website, you're given priority for upgrades to deluxe rooms, so the pool view room with ocean views we had was clearly a good room. Hong Kong Disneyland itself is experiencing a slight downturn, so perhaps you can take advantage of that and aim for an upgrade while it's still struggling. Those planning to visit might want to check the room grade at check-in. ◆There are also tennis courts! I didn't include this in the video due to insufficient research, but it seems there are actually two tennis courts. I think guests can use them for free if they make a reservation, but isn't this hotel amazing? Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, something like carts, and a sauna & jacuzzi. It's a perfect resort hotel, isn't it? You can refresh yourself even without going to the park. It seems like a great place for three generations of family, or friends who don't necessarily want to go to the park, or even people who aren't particularly interested in the parks, to enjoy a refreshing trip together. Although it was omitted in this video, you can also enjoy hotel hopping while strolling along the approximately 1km-long seaside promenade. ◆Pajama Greeting The pajama greeting is an experience available to guests who book a premium room with lounge access, such as a Kingdom Club Room. It is held every evening from 7:30 PM in the corridor on the 7th floor. Our exploration team was in a normal room this time, so we weren't eligible to participate in the greeting itself, but we could have gone to the corridor on the 6th floor and seen the greeting. Unfortunately, we were at the park at that time, so we couldn't see it. ◆360-Degree Virtual Tour The 360-degree virtual tour on the Hong Kong Disneyland official website is truly high quality, so I highly recommend checking it out whether you're planning a trip or not. This is because the Google Maps (Google Earth) around Hong Kong Disneyland isn't 3D. Therefore, you can't see the detailed scenery from above, but you can get a good look at the hotels through this 360-degree virtual tour. What's so amazing about this virtual tour is that, as we briefly show in this video, it's not only high-definition, but it also lets you see inside the club lounge (which is inaccessible to regular guests) and other facilities that we couldn't explore this time. It even includes surprise appearances by characters!
