To get massive shoulder heads, it's not enough to just train the anterior and lateral deltoids (deltoid = shoulder muscle), but you should also focus on the posterior deltoids. Posterior deltoids generally respond very well to training, as these muscles are rarely used in everyday life. Therefore, training the posterior shoulder heads makes sense, especially for aesthetic reasons. Furthermore, I just want to give a shout-out to the current funny Rühl-Ulk channels!
