Hi all welcome to the room tour for our stay at the Sindbad Hotel in Hammamet Tunisia. We booked this package through ‪@easyJet‬ kind of last minute holiday as I wanted some sun. It took us 3 hours to get there which I thought was really quick lol. At check in we had a double room with garden view booked and when we got there we was checked into our room but unfortunately we did have some issues with that room. So the toilet flush was broken and would just leak water all night, the bath didn't work and the water wouldn't drain out if used also every time we had a shower the whole bathroom floor would be flooded. I did complain about this and to be honest the first two days nothing really was done about it, they did say they sent a handyman to sort the issue but it wasn't sorted lol. But anyways on the third day I decided to go tell the reception again and this time there was a wonderful lady call Rim if I remembered correctly and she straight away offered me a new room no questions asked, she didn't just offer me a room she showed me 4 different rooms before I picked the one in the video. She was so helpful and professional, but honestly 98% of the staff were, they all are really nice and respectful. Very helpful always smiling and welcoming the only two staff members that wasn't so happy at times was the rep selling the spa packages and the gentleman selling the quad excursions. They both seemed annoyed because I didn't buy a package from them, and every time they saw me after they didn't really talk much or say anything which was a real shame! Apart from that the room was lovely and spaces, the house keepers were always keeping out clean and tidy, fresh soft towels and slippers. This is a hotel totally worth staying in if you plan on visiting Tunisia its close to shop, restaurants, its on the beach and its set in a quiet location.
