Marcheno (Brescia) - 8 ottobre 2015 - Prima parte

On February 27, 2022, the body of a 13-kilogram piglet was placed in the melting furnace of a foundry in Provaglio d'Iseo, near Brescia. It was a full-scale judicial experiment: the aim was to understand what happens to a body subjected to 900-degree heat. The experiment had been ordered by the president of the Brescia court of assizes, who at the time was trying a man accused of killing his uncle and destroying his body. Mario Bozzoli disappeared on October 8, 2015, at the end of a workday at the plant he co-owned with his brother in Macherio. A week later, a worker from that company also disappeared: his body was found a few days later. The autopsy determined that he had killed himself with a dose of poison contained in wild animal bait. The investigation into Mario Bozzoli's disappearance was long and complex. Seven years later, a request was made to indict his nephew Giacomo, with whom he had had bitter financial disagreements. The ultimate goal of the experiment with the pig's body was to help the trial jury determine whether the body had been hidden inside his company's furnace. The experts appointed by the judges responded that yes, it was possible that Mario Bozzoli had been thrown into the furnace and that only a few remains remained, which were then easily removed. -- You can subscribe here - https://abbonati.ilpost.it/?utm_sourc...
