New Zealand photography road trip with my Leica Q3

Season 2, Episode 2. Welcome back to our New Zealand trip! 🇳🇿 Today we leave Queenstown behind and begin our drive across the South Island towards Lake Tekapo, where our second Airbnb is waiting for us, booked by ‪@demasrusli‬! We start the day slow at the calm and glassy Lake Wanaka 🌿 Then it’s through the iconic Lindis Pass. One of the most beautiful stretches of road in the South Island — before stopping at Mount Cook Alpine Salmon for fresh sashimi that hits different after a long drive. 🍣 After settling into our Tekapo Airbnb, we head straight back out to Lake Pukaki for sunset. The view of Aoraki Mount Cook from here is completely unobstructed and the light was unreal. 🌄 This is also where I really put my new dream camera, the ‪@LeicaCameraGlobal‬ ‪@LeicaCameraAustralia‬ Q3, to work. The colours, the sharpness, the detail… everything looked incredible. This trip is quickly becoming the perfect real-world test for the Q3. 📸 We wrap up the day under the stars at the Church of the Good Shepherd, doing a bit of astrophotography and seeing how the Leica Q3 handles low light. ✨🌌 Thanks for joining episode 2.
