My first time ever watching The Dark Knight and now I finally understand why so many people consider this one of the greatest superhero movies ever made. I went in expecting an amazing Batman movie, but what I got was an intense crime thriller filled with impossible choices, unforgettable performances, and moments that left me completely speechless. Christian Bale brought so much weight to Batman, but Heath Ledger's Joker was on another level entirely. I was stressed, shocked, and emotionally invested from beginning to end.
