Running a lapped HALF MARATHON with SATURN RUNNING! - Al Pepper Runs

This weekend saw me attend the Saturn Running Remembrance Day Run at Durham, a 4.3 mile lapped event with the goal being to see how many laps you can complete within 6.5 hours. A busy field and lovely route made for a great morning of running however, the event was also an opportunity to reflect and give thanks to the service people who have fought, and in some cases died, to protect our freedoms and way of life.
