What was meant to be a dream holiday with friends in Marbella and a journey through Andalucia quickly turned into a completely different kind of adventure! Just as we settled into our hotel, we got a text from the nursery—there’s a chickenpox outbreak, and Danteo caught it. 😩 Plans were thrown out the window as we cut the trip short, returned to the apartment, and tried to balance hosting and parenting in quarantine. While one of us entertained guests, the other stayed in with little Teo. But amidst the chaos, Danteo started practicing his walking, and we got to explore more of Malaga's architecture and design, which continues to inspire our home renovation journey. 🏛️✨ We also checked our apartment renovation and were less than thrilled with the progress. With Danteo’s first birthday fast approaching, we made the tough decision for Dean to fly back to the UK alone to get everything ready, while I stayed behind with Danteo until we were cleared to fly.
