🥕 Cel mai bun Carrot Cake !!!

🔴 On Wednesday, Grandma came to our house and we made carrot cake together. Details about the camp on www.familiamates.ro 🥧 RECIPE: BAKED: 4 eggs 250 ml vegetable oil 310-350g brown sugar 2-3 vanilla sugar sachets orange peel Mix all of the above with a mixer until smooth, then add 250 g flour + 1 sachet of baking powder + 4-6 tablespoons of cinnamon (as preferred) Finally add 400-500g of carrots, blended or grated 350-400g of roasted walnuts Pour into a pan and place in the preheated oven at 180’C for 1 hour CREAM: 800-1000g of cheese (cream cheese like Philadelphia should predominate + 1 mascarpone of 250g) powdered sugar with vanilla flavor to taste (I put about 200-250g) whipping cream ( 1 sachet ) All of the above mixed well in a blender ✝️ We often receive the question ''What religion are you?'', here is a video in which we explain in detail about our faith:    • 🙏🏻 CE RELIGIE SUNTEM?   but if you want to know more about this topic, we have created a separate section where we post many videos related to this topic and you can join our journey with God.
