🥘 MÂNCAREA noastră PREFERATĂ

🔴 Cous Cous is the favorite side dish in our house and we thought we'd show you how to make it. It's not the healthiest food but it's definitely the most desired. COOKIE RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: 200g butter 200g brown sugar 100g white sugar 2 vanilla essence 2 eggs 300g flour Half a sachet of baking powder A sachet of ammonium for cakes 1/2 teaspoon salt 200g Milk chocolate MEDIUM OF PREPARATION: Mix the sugar with the melted butter, then add the eggs one by one + vanilla In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, ammonium and salt and pour over the above contents slowly. Leave the contents in the refrigerator for an hour. Place a baking sheet in a tray and place balls on the tray. There should be 9 balls on the tray. Bake for 7-9 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees with circulating air.  CUȘ CUȘ RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: Two bags of cous cous 60 g butter 1 large leek 1 can of corn 2 bunches of parsley Parmesan (mozzarella, melted cheese, cheese to taste) Fry the finely chopped leek in the melted butter, then brown the cous cous in the same place. Pour 1500ml of boiling water over the leeks and browned couscous, season to taste (if you have chicken and vegetable soup, it's better) and let it simmer, maybe even with one end over the other, until it swells. Finally, add the grated parmesan (plus whatever cheeses you want..).
