This is the UZBEKISTAN the MEDIA wont show you!? | Tashkent 🇺🇿

I honestly did not expect Tashkent to surprise me the way it did. Walking around the capital of Uzbekistan, it felt like I was moving between two different worlds. On one side, there is centuries of history, beautiful mosques, traditional architecture, and rich Islamic heritage. On the other side, there are huge modern buildings, bright city lights, and massive fountain shows that feel incredibly futuristic. One moment I was standing in a place full of history, and the next I was watching fountains dancing in front of skyscrapers. The contrast is fascinating, as if the past and the present exist side by side. The food in Tashkent is also incredible. It is underrated, but some of the best I have ever tasted in the world. From fresh bread and the all great Plov to amazing street snacks, every meal was a highlight. What made the experience even more special were the people. Everyone I met was warm, welcoming, and curious. They asked where I was from and were happy to share their culture, which made exploring the city even more memorable. Tashkent is a city full of contrasts, surprises, and amazing flavours. It is a place where history, modern life, and hospitality all come together.
