For "Karkkidaka Kanji" Ingredients: Unakkalari/Raw red rice - 3/4 glass Cheru-parippu/ Moong Dal - 3/4 glass Uluva / Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp Coconut milk extracted from 1 coconut - 2 3/4 glass Water - 3 1/2 glass Instructions: Wash rice, lentil and fenugreek seeds well and drain Put all those in a pressure cooker Add water and cook this for 1 whistle Once the pressure is gone, open the cooker and turn on the flame Add coconut milk Mix this really well to break all the clumps Once this gets heated, turn off the flame. Do not let it boil.
