Goan Ambot Tik Lepo | Sole Fish Curry

We love our colours! The Goan Ambot-Tik is proof! The bright red curry is so appetising and tempting to look at😋And then, there’s also the lovely aroma which immediately takes you to flavour-heaven 🤗 The Ambot-tik, as the name suggests, is a sour and spicy curry. It’s perfect for fish like the Lep (Sole fish). This flat fish is just too good in this curry! I’ve demonstrated the cleaning of the fish too (I got some really big ones from the market and they were super fresh!) This is a recipe you should try if you like fish and find a good catch of Lep!🐟 Mog Asum ❤️ Let There Be Love Ingredients: 2 large Sole fish (Lep), washed, cleaned and cut. Apply Salt, set aside for 20 minutes and then rinse it.
