Instead of just the beach, night market, and tourist hotspots, I'm taking a trip across the island: to the waterfall, through small villages, to the east coast, to fishing villages, hidden resorts, quiet roads, and spontaneous stops by the sea. Not everything was a highlight—some things were even a complete disappointment. But that's precisely what makes a tour like this so exciting: you see Phu Quoc much more authentically than if you just stay on the beach.
