Good morning from Da Nang 🌅 In this video, I'll take you along on my typical morning here in Vietnam – just steps from the beach. Instead of the hotel buffet, today I'm enjoying street food right on my doorstep: a traditional Vietnamese breakfast bowl with crab, sweet potato, fresh herbs, chili, and of course, fish sauce. I'll sample the individual ingredients, show you how to properly mix the fresh herbs, and explain what makes this simple yet incredibly flavorful breakfast so special. For the equivalent of around 30,000 dong – just over €1 – you get an authentic meal that not only fills you up but also leaves you wanting more. Afterwards, I'll head towards Da Nang beach. I'll show you the morning atmosphere, the first high-rises near the beach, small juice stands with fresh smoothies and coconuts – and, of course, the typical Vietnamese street life with its traffic, vendors, and local specialties.
