Season chicken with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat with flour. 2. Cook bacon until crispy, then remove. 3. Cook chicken until golden, then remove. 4. Cook onion, corn, garlic, and pepper flakes in skillet. Add wine and water, then return chicken to skillet and simmer. 5. Stir in cream and cheese until warmed. Top with bacon. 6. Serve with basil.
