However, the feeling of fullness afterward, and the texture of the radish wrap I'd just eaten, made me feel good. Ah! I realized I could have a meal like this. Since then, radish wrap has become a beloved comfort food in our house. With vegetables rich in fiber and vitamins, and tofu and pineapple, you can imagine how easily it helps digestion. Radish Wrap (Salad Style) Ingredients: 300g thinly sliced โโradish; Pickling liquid: 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp honey powder (or raw sugar powder) Mix until the salt and honey powder dissolve. Instructions: 1) Peel and thinly slice the radish and marinate in the pickling liquid. 2) Leave at room temperature for half a day (6-7 hours), then refrigerate for 1-2 days. Vegetables: Green peppers (red, yellow), cucumber, asparagus, tofu (lightly salted and pan-fried) Dust sprouts (water parsley), enoki mushrooms 1) Cut all ingredients into pieces the size of chopsticks. 2) Add (1) to the ssammu wrap and roll. 2. Gujeolpan-style Radish Wrap Ingredients: Onion, carrot, pumpkin, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, tofu (lightly salted and pan-fried), pineapple Instructions 1) Finely chop all ingredients. Dice the pineapple. 2) Lightly sautรฉ water (or oil) in a pan. Add a pinch of salt and sautรฉ. Sauce Peanut Sauce: 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon honey Finely chop the peanuts and add the remaining ingredients. Mix.
