💦 Comment mettre du LIQUIDE PREVENTIF dans un PNEU TUBELESS ?

Because for our first tutorial, we could have done something we've already done a million times and reserved for vintage bikes. But we wanted to share our tips for refilling tubeless or tubeless-ready tires on your gravel bike. Why? Because we had Barbara's Specialized on hand and we had to take advantage of it, since, apart from hers, we refuse to work on any bikes that aren't vintage. And also because it's a nice change of pace and a pleasant experience. A tubeless tire is pretty great; it's lightweight and reassuring because it promises you "never another puncture with your tubeless." So yes, it's true that there's no more inner tube to puncture. But your beautiful bike can still let you down in the middle of your ride if you're riding on something heavy-duty. Don't worry, there's a simple technique to re-inject sealant into your tire and restore its former glory! The truth is, the hole was still too big for the small amount of sealant to permanently plug it. We strongly suspected as much, but it was interesting for the experiment. At least you know when it works and when it doesn't. And as you know, we value transparency on this channel. Sometimes, we like to test things just to see what happens. Because if you don't test... how do you expect to learn? We're here to learn too! So, there will be a second tutorial video where you'll join us as we plug this magnificent tire. So subscribe to the channel so you don't miss the next one! We promise, we're also working on some tutorials focused on vintage bikes. For more tips and advice, join us on Instagram (  / vintagequeenbikerepair  ) We're currently working on setting up personalized video support sessions (to help you restore your bike, advise you on setting up your workshop, and answer your questions about bike maintenance). In addition, we'll also be offering "toolbox" video training courses on various topics so you can become self-sufficient in maintaining your vintage bicycle. This can be especially helpful if you don't have a specialized workshop near you. And the first course will teach you how to NEVER have to go to a workshop to repair your bike again (the first step, which concerns everyone: flat tires). See you soon!
