Happy Thanksgiving! I'm excited to walk you through the recipes I made for my family's Thanksgiving meal. First up is rough puff pastry from Claire Saffitz's book Dessert Person. This was the foundation for the Apple Tart I made, which will be covered in my next video. I had to remake the pastry because the first time I over-hydrated the dough. It was tricky for me to know how much water I should add, so I hope this video will give you the visual cues to not fail at your first attempt like I did.
