Đêm giao thừa rộn ràng / Tống Loan. Năm nào gia đình mình cũng tổng vệ sinh rửa sân và rửa xe trước khi đón năm mới. Công việc cuối năm khá bận rộn .Hôm nay mình mời mọi người theo chân mình để xem mẹ mình làm món Khoai Lang Nhật chiên ăn cùng với Tương Ớt . Và món Rau Câu do đứa em dâu của mình làm hén. Mình dùng khoảng 1 kg Khoai Lang Nhật. Chọn những củ khoai suông thẳng và không quá to. Để khi bào vỏ sẽ dễ dàng. Chuẩn bị một Thao nước để khi bào sạch vỏ Khoai Lang xong ngâm vào nước.
