9 Days After My Ironman DNF… I’m Back on the Bike ☕🚴‍♂️

Nine days after my Ironman Cairns DNF, I'm finally starting to see some positive signs. Yesterday I managed a comfortable 1 hour 15 minute ride, and today another 1 hour easy ride finished with a coffee stop. After being diagnosed with a Grade 2 calf tear following Ironman Cairns, the focus right now isn't fitness… it's rebuilding properly. This video is a quick update on where things currently stand, what I'm doing, and how my mindset around training is starting to change. At 57 years old, this journey is becoming less about one race and more about building a healthy, sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle for the long term. The four pillars moving forward: ✅ Strength ✅ Mobility ✅ Endurance ✅ Recovery If you're over 50, recovering from an injury, training for an Ironman, or simply trying to stay active as you age, I hope these updates help and encourage you. 🌐 Website: https://trindalltrifit.com 👍 Like, subscribe and follow the journey. #Ironman #IronmanCairns #Triathlon #Over50Fitness #InjuryRecovery #CalfTear #Cycling #Longevity #HealthyAging #ItsTrindall
