Since childhood, I've been delighted with this recipe of oven-baked chicken with flavored butter, with a big-time crust and an indescribable tenderness to the meat. You can find the list of ingredients for the oven-baked chicken recipe below, and the steps of the recipe in this video. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Ingredients for oven-baked chicken roast: a chicken 2-4 kg; 1 teaspoon of pepper; 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds; 1 teaspoon of smoked sweet paprika; 1 teaspoon of sugar; 10 cloves of garlic (bulbs); 200 gr butter 82% fat, or poultry fat; aromatic herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme); 1-2 1/2 teaspoons of salt; For the garnish: potatoes; turnips; carrots; 20-30 ml sunflower oil; salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, garlic; Bake everything at 170-175 degrees C for 2 hours + 1/2 hour at 190-200 degrees C, for a crispy crust.
