Forgotten Firebird 1969 Full Rear Sheet Metal Install Episode 10

On this video we are back on the 1969 Pontiac Firebird and installing the rest of the sheet metal on this build. I go over how we set the drip rails on a first gen F-body then weld up the enitre inner structure showing areas we add welds for strength. We show how the blasting process here at Carthage Classic Cars work in house for removing all sheet metal parts down to bare metal before installing them. This Firebird also get lizard skin and Ceramic coating applied after Epoxy primer. The enitre process summed up of the rear package tray, tail panel, quarter panels, doors, trunk drop offs and roof skin are shon for this 69 Firebird.
