S'mores Cheesecake | Ep #359

Hi Everyone! Today we will be making a delicious s'mores cheesecake. It is very creamy and delicious! A must try! Graham Cracker Crust: 1-3/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs 5 tablespoons of melted butter 2 tablespoons sugar Chocolate Layer: 1 x 300g bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips (may use milk chocolate) 2/3 cup of half & half cream Cheesecake Layer: 3 x 8oz packages of cream cheese softened at room temperature 3/4 cup of half & half cream 1 x 7-1/2oz jar of marshmallow fluff 2-1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon of salt 3 large eggs lightly beaten About 20 large marshmallows cut in half or 2-2/3 cups of mini marshmallows This is the link to my Instagram:   / queengrecipes   This is the link to my Facebook:   / queen-gs-recipes-2024794464401196
