For the time being I’ll be living in SE Asia and wanted to make this my first stop due to the opportunities for shopping, scenery, access to lots of activities, and the large number of black people who seem to be moving here too (: I actually could have found something for much cheaper than even this but I like to have lots of amenities included into my accommodations like an extra bedroom for guests, gym + pool access, and a cleaning service if I can help it–which is factored into the cost of most of the places you see in the video.
