It is a small, fluid-filled lump that develops upon the epididymis, which is situated above the testicles where the veins are connected. Epididymal cysts are usually painless, but you may have a stretch or heaviness in your testicles. If the lump creates pressure on the structures in or near your testicles, you may experience some pain and discomfort. Epididymal cysts do not cause any fertility-related problems.
